We take great care in how our products are packed and transported. Whether it’s a single item or a bulk order, we offer customized packaging and delivery options based on individual customer requirements. This allows us to maintain product safety throughout transit and ensure timely deliveries across the globe.
Customer satisfaction and product protection are at the heart of what we do. Our facility includes spacious warehouses and a dedicated packaging unit that allows us to store and manage large inventories efficiently. More than half of our space is devoted entirely to packaging. Every stainless steel item is carefully packaged—both individually and in bulk—using high-quality materials, so it arrives just the way it left us: in perfect condition.
Packing
Each piece, when completely done with finishing and polishing, is shifted to our packaging unit, where it is packed in a poly bag.
Each packed piece is then put into small cartons or an inner box of 5 5-ply cartons. The sets are then packed in bigger cartons of 7 ply and sealed. The best quality corrugated sheets are used in the making of large cartons. We make sure that the individual packing products are finally kept inside corrugated boxes for bulk deliveries, which also enables easy mobility. We make use of a shrink wrap machine and a strapping machine for proper packing of the products.
Warehousing
At Raj Aryan (India), we’ve built a spacious and well-organized warehousing facility to safely store our wide range of stainless steel kitchenware. To ensure the longevity and quality of our products, the warehouse is maintained under controlled temperature conditions, protecting items from rust, corrosion, cracking, or any damage caused by moisture or mishandling.
Our storage system is thoughtfully designed with clearly labeled sections for each product category, making inventory management smooth and efficient. This organized setup also helps us process and dispatch orders quickly and accurately, ensuring our customers receive their products in perfect condition and on time.
Shipment
At Raj Aryan, we place great importance on how our products are packed and shipped. Every item is securely packaged using high-quality materials to ensure it remains safe during storage and transit. Once packed and stored in our warehouse, it’s fully prepared for shipment.
We take care to ensure each consignment is delivered safely and reaches its destination within the promised timeframe. Our streamlined shipping process is designed to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
